This is a landmark in the area of Lujiazui City Area (which is a financial area like Wall Street, London City etc.. This name in Chinese is called 'Oriental Light'. But, on Google Map, it's called 'Feoso Zhiguang'. Actually, I found the 3rd name for this one that it's a sundial in a steel construction. Sundial is a kind of clock. This landmark is a part of a city planning for the area of Century Avenue (a road towards city area).
