9. Whatschool/country would your MC/Jacob most like to visit or receive an exchangestudent from? Would your MC/Jacob ever consider transferring permanently?

Helenaalways enjoyed Bill’s stories about his pen-friend from Catelobruxo, so she waspretty excited to learn that there’s an exchanged student from there coming to Hogwarts. It’d be also great to meet someone from Uagadou. She finds itfascinating that it’s common for students there to become Animagi while inBritain it’s such a rarity.

Jacob isquite fond of the United States, he loved to visit their relatives there. Therefore,he’d be happy to visit Ilvermorny (more so than just meet an exchange studentfrom there). He also got interested in Mahoutokoro when he discovered itsconnection to the Cursed Vaults case, so he’d like to experience more aboutthat culture in normal circumstances.

None ofthem ever considered transferring permanently during their school period, but they’llspend some time in the future in those countries (Helena in Brazil, Jacob inthe USA and Japan).

15. Ifyour MC/Jacob had to work a shop or intern/ apprentice in DiagonAlley/Hogsmeade, where would they want to work? How does it tie into theirinterests and potential future careers?

They’dprobably be happy working in any kind of a bookstore, though it’d be more of a part-time job. If Gringotts organised anything like an internship,it’d be Helena’s choice as she will end up working there. Jacob was alwaysindecisive about his career plans, but I can see him being tempted to be anapprentice at the Apothecary. He wouldn’t want to work strictly in potioneering,but he could acquire useful skills there.

21. Whatis Jacob/MC’s relationship with their head of house like? Are they closer witha professor who isn’t their head of house?

It’s rathergood for both of the siblings. They respect Flitwick a lot. Helena is morelikely to go to him for help (or at least she was in earlier years), though ifthey choose to not do so, it’s likely because they don’t want to disappointhim. Jacob was also pretty close with McGonagall, but it was rather equal,depending on the situation – he didn’t necessarily prefer her over Flitwick.

25. Whatnon-game electives would MC/Jacob take during their time at Hogwarts? Wouldthey be good at it? (arithmancy, ancient runes, muggle studies, magical theory,etc)

They bothtake Arithmancy, and they’re quite good at it. Jacob chose also Ancient Runes inwhich he excelled (he didn’t attend Divination though).

2. Does your MC/Jacob’s family have any relation to canon characters/families? Are these relations impactful to MC and their story?

Yes.. Their mothers, Scarlett and Lucinda was from the branch of Greengrass family which is one of the Sacred 28 families. However since their mother, Lucinda, married a muggle-born wizard, Kaoru and Dryll was kind of left out from that family. Jacob however still beloved by his grandparents from this family.. Since his late parents was both purebloods.

This relationship didn't really impactful to Kaoru's life, since she was being loved by her grandparents from her father's side in Indonesia. However, I kind of imagine that Lucinda's rebellious acts in this Pureblood family, kind of inspired Astoria Greengrass (which later becoming Draco Malfoy's wife)

6. What’s Jacob’s opinions of prefects, especially the ones 4 years older than MC?

I HC him in the same year with the Prefects. His opinion to Felix : He was quite close with Felix since their first year. Both of them like dragons and like to fanboying about it together.. (Although often they fight because of this too..). He believed that even though Felix looks very stern and very Slytheriny.. He is actually a caring person. Thus why Jacob's likes to talk about his sisters to Felix too..

To Angelica: he did not really know her. He saw her as one of Gryffindor classmate in some classes, and he was oftentimes in the same working group with her, for examples during the third year Herbology class.. Where they just wotks together with Prof. Sprout to making compost from the Dragon Dung Fertiliser.. Haha

To Chester: He feels bad to him because he looks terribly lack of sleeps even since the early years. He saw Chester often sleeping in the library, thus speculated that Chester rarely sleeps in the dorm because he cannot answer the Ravenclaw's riddle door. He once asked Olivia if his theory was right but she just replied him with a very loud and ugly laugh... (Hahahaha)

To Jane: He tried to avoid her and just didn't want to get involved with her.. Lol

23. Is MC friends with Billingsley, or he just as much a legend to MC as they are to the player?

He is a legend for Kaoru too..😂😂😂 She speculated that Billingsley was the struggling Gryffindor kid though.. Hahaha ( Billingsley was mentioned in Gryffindor and Hufflepuff dorms.. So maybe he is Jane Court right hand guy? Haha) .

28. What is MC/Jacob’s preferred alcohol? What are they like when they’re drunk?

Nope they don't drink.. Only Butterbeers though.. Hahaha

I used to work in a superstore and every time someone signed up for our membership card, the other people in line would get mad that they had to wait a few extra minutes.

So having not just the cashier assure me it’d be fine, but also have this long line of people encouraging me to go ahead and go for it??? Wow, that was a different atmosphere entirely.

2. Does your MC/Jacob’s family have any relation to canon characters/families? Are these relations impactful to MC and their story?

OKAY SO, starting with great-great-great-grandfather and mother: Phineas Black (b.1881) and Cassandra Vablatsky (b.1894). Phineas was burned off the family tree for being far too lenient and away from blood purity ideals of the Black family, and Cassandra was a very notable Seer for her time. 

A great-uncle, Haytham Black, married Madam Zabini, but died under mysterious circumstances, effectively ending the Black line in this family (before Sirius died of course, not that this family had any influence in the properties and holdings). 

And I made some passing references in surnames towards like the Selwyn family, Vane, Graves, Urquhart, yknow. I have a roughly drawn family tree actually… I have to find it again.

Honestly as far as impact goes, it’s pretty much only with the emphasis (at the time of making the tree) on second sight… I mean some vaguer references to the manor, and the overall leanings of the family, but for the most part, Natasha has no real influence from them, or impact. At most, more encouragement to being a better person, being good and kind. One thing as well is that… Jacob didn’t spend early childhood amongst them. He was pretty much only-child in Manhattan, with his two parents and sometimes an uncle or aunt dropping past. But the big family thing is foreign to him. Natasha grew up with practically living under one roof with more than ten people at a time. It fostered very different attitudes between them, definitely. Especially too since Jacob grew up with very limited magical experience, save for his mother and whoever she befriended at MACUSA, whereas Natasha was completely enveloped in the magical community from a young age.

11. Do Jacob and MC have favorite quidditch teams? Do they attend the 1990/1994/etc quidditch world cups?

Holyhead Harpies is definitely Natasha’s favourite, never mind her favourite aunt (Vela) plays for them. Jacob really supports Appleby Arrows, which distresses their uncle Aquila like no tomorrow, as he actually plays for the Ballycastle Bats.

Natasha has attended the 1990 and 1994 Cups (and ones before), whereas Jacob was not around for the 1990 one, but preferred to keep a lower profile for the second. Perhaps the best move, as Death Eaters appeared, and they’d barely managed to clear his name.

13. Can MC see thestrals? Who did Mc see die in order to see them?

Natasha can’t! Jacob can, but that’s beside the point. Natasha has honestly yet to witness any family member die, as she was too young to remember Phineas dying (she would’ve been around two), and didn’t witness her great-great uncle Lucian pass either (or later, Haytham). Other than that, no other family members have passed. 

23. Is MC friends with Billingsley, or he just as much a legend to MC as they are to the player?

Natasha keeps hearing about this Billingsley, but who are they? How have they managed to out-do her in the most ridiculous things at Hogwarts? She thought she held the title of doing the most outrageous and dangerous things, like climbing Astronomy Towers and playing guinea pig for Penny, but here this person is, ruining it for her! She must meet them.

28. What is MC/Jacob’s preferred alcohol? What are they like when they’re drunk?

Jacob is a sucker for Gigglewater. Absolutely. Apart from that he’s not always too keen on Wizarding beverages, save for Butterbeer, as he much prefers sweeter liqueurs. Natasha can honestly say she doesn’t drink very much at all, not even Butterbeer. Maybe if they splash out, she’ll drink some wine (preferably Elderflower), but dry liqueurs are where her tastes are at. 

And as far as being drunk, when they allow themselves to be, it all depends on what they are feeling when drinking (as alcohol just really emphasises whatever is felt). Jacob was a little bit more party-hard during his early run at Hogwarts, and Natasha would admit to sadly drinking alone a couple of times during the worst part of her term at Durmstrang (and with her relationships).
