I’m assuming that chart is using US male shoe sizes and there’s no way he’s only shoe size 8. Height wise he and i would be similar, but why would i be two shoe sizes larger? Other men around the same height as i still had larger hands and feet

it is US measurements because his biceps is also measured in inches ;)
