MY GOD OF WAR AU HEADCANONS! (SET IN GOD OF WAR 3 KINDA??)
Some references on his appearance in this AU (THESE ARE NOT OWNED BY ME I USE PINTEREST)
obviously it’s what it sounds like from the tags and title, this is my au for a feral kratos and here are some headcanons!
-this actually is an addition to his “spartan rage”, which causes him to transform when entering spartan rage. This is essentially still him, but primarily constructed of anger.
-it usually does not happen unless he is super pissed off (obviously) or if there is a full moon, and ESPECIALLY on blood moons.
-his height if he is about 7’8 will change to a rough 8’6, and like 2003 hulk, will get bigger the angrier he gets, his max being about 15 feet.
-he becomes a facultative biped (being able to walk on all fours and on two legs) since his feet are now more digitigrade/ animal like but he tries to walk on his hind legs to seem more “human”.
-the wings of Icarus are now a part of him, emerging from his back at will/ in his feral form. they writhe and they reek of his own blood, they quite literally burst out of his back like parasites.
-his hands are now clawed- similar to a raptor’s, and are in a black gradient.
-his eyes are blood red. and have a tapetum lucidum. he always sees you.
-he is unable to speak properly, only communicating in snarls, roars, hisses or growling.
-no mercy. not like he can control it anyway- but..
-ONE person has managed to see his feral side and lived to tell. His love, Phoenix.
-Phoenix had found him after he wandered for days and days to a forest far from Greece- where she too had fled a while before.
-she practically tamed it. it knows her. after rescuing her after nearly two years apart, it never wishes to leave. she reminds him too much of Lysandra, her actually caring for him, and therefore is something worth keeping alive and protected.
-it is a mother hen when it comes to her. he will curl around her or smother her (but still lets her breathe) and snap at anything that moves- even the slightest sounds. It is that paranoid.
-it spent far too many trees to build their large cabin- for kratos would end up destroying it in his rage.
-she is not unscathed. a large but healed gash is splayed across her left arm from their first meeting.
