Rumors are that the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Manuel Bonoan is on his way out because of the ongoing Scandal involving the Flood Control Projects. If so, then he is being made as the Sacrificial Lamb of this Administration's Incompetence.

It goes in Line with the Narrative about Ferdinand Marcos Sr. that supposedly he wasn't the Problem but it was his Underlings, and now it is being made the Policy also of the 'Bangag'. A Leader should be able to monitor and manage his Underlings properly, and not act only when the People are already pressuring him because of the Corruption.

Let this be a Warning to all of LBM's Cabinet Secretaries: 'Ilalaglag kayo niyan pag nagka lechehan na'.

The DEATH of Ninoy Aquino basically boosted or sped up the Downfall of the former Dictator Ferdinand Marcos Sr. And now I think that it is IRONIC that another Death within the Marcos’ Close Circle of Friends has seemingly started the worst Crisis that the son of the Dictator is now facing.

Incidentally, one big Problem with Illegal Drugs is that since they are not being regulated when they are made, then their Quality Control is not very good. Sometimes the MIX might be Wrong for some Reason, or that some Batches end up with concentrated Amounts that shouldn’t have been for some other Reason.

Bottomline is that one cause of Illegal Drug overdose is simply buying the a “Bad” Batch of Drugs. It happens. And in this Particular Instance, it caused some People to PANIC and ended up making some very Bad Decisions for them in the long run …
