Bruce is resplendent under the flashing lights of the club. It took a few drinks to coax him out, and then Clark’s hands on his hips and lips on his neck to truly get him comfortable, but he’s perfect.
He is so beautiful. That is the main thought filling Clark's mind. Back at the tower, Clark never could have truly imagined this, not in this level of detail, of Bruce here with him, sweat beading at the edges of his temple, his shirt tight across his chest, lean, muscled arms fully on display as he moves with the beat.
When the clock strikes midnight, silver strips of confetti are released from above the dance floor and drift down. Bruce’s hand grabs the back of Clark’s neck and pulls him forward into a kiss.
