Ferra Hotel Boracay: Your Friendly Lodging in your Island Escape
“Good Day Sir Romeo, Our wifi password is Endless Summer.” I recall what the Receptionist in the Hotel where we stay told me, she instructed me to input the word “endlesssummer” so can I access the wifi in our room. And when we talked about places in the Philippines which are fun, adventurous and has limitless summer vibes, Boracay Island would be the all-time choice. It has been one of the World’s Top Destination for Relaxation.
My family and I took a vacation to Boracay just this week. It’s my second time to travel in there, the first was in August of this year with some colleagues in my friends running team. While my parents together with my younger brother are first-timers to set foot on the island. This is also a post-birthday celebration of my Mom who is celebrating her 58th this October. We want to give her a priceless gift wherein she would enjoy and loosen up away from the busy city.
And speaking of relaxation, what else can this beautiful island can offer besides the white sand beach and summer activities are numerous different Hotels in Boracay which has been widely visible around the island. From the Most Expensive and Exclusive to the Cheapest Hotel Accommodation, it has been a tough choice to anyone who books a suitable hotel that fits in their ideal comfort. One of the hotel that stood out for me for its undeniably pleasant Hotel Accommodation is Ferra Hotel Boracay.
Modern and Minimalist Boutique Hotel
The facade of Ferra Hotel Boracay has a contemporary style which has clean lines and edges, simple proportions, less decoration, abundant natural lights, an alfresco place, and a lot of glass.
Its is located at Bulabog Road, 4-5 minutes on foot from Boracay’s famous White Beach and the well-known D’Mall, where guests can enjoy a variety of dining and shopping experiences.
As we alight from the tricycle that we have rented the staff greeted us with a warm welcome and assisted with our baggage. We presented our IDs for validation. While waiting for our confirmation in our room assignment from the receptionist, they gave us some refreshin’ complimentary drinks.
My family and I stayed in a Two Bedroom Loft. Entering our room we find it's minimal panache a plus point because it is pleasant to our eyes. There is a few decoration around the room, just a few important adornment like tables, racks, fridge, microwave, closet, cable television (not just one but three TVs in our room), lamps and phone.
There is two cozy twin bedroom in our unit: the ones beside the entertainment area and the other one is upstairs. A minibar or kitchenette is available in the room wherein there are available ready-to-eat finds (which you have to pay separately). There is also a typical bathroom which I recommend that they’ve put a bidet in the toilet bowl. Though we feel unease in the shower area since it's half-open and when we take a bath the water droplets spread out on the floor which may look messy and slippery that is prone to accident. So, during our stay, we placed a bath towel on the floor to clean up and to absorb the extra water droplets. Hopefully, they may provide a curtain or even sliding door in the future.
Two Bedroom Loft. Good for 4 people.
Fully Airconditioned Rooms with Comfortable Beds and Seating. A digital alarm clock with a built-in Bluetooth speaker.

Besides the Buffet area is an outdoor pool which you can swim from 7am to 10pm. So if you’re lazy to go out for a walk to the beach you can enjoy and soak in the water with this outdoor pool in the hotel.
The Ruf: Roofdeck Dining Bar
It features a roof deck bar and grill for an evening of cocktails under the stars and a private specialty restaurant where guests and locals can experience unique Asian Dining.
I’m pretty sure that the first visit of my parents and younger brother is memorable thanks to Ferra Hotel Boracay for making it possible. Ferra Hotel Boracay was one of the best staycation in the island. It offered relaxation and pleasure for visitors and guests. The perfect getaway to refresh your mind for the coming back to work week. I’m happy that I’ve shared the experience with my family. Hopefully, this would be the start of an exciting new adventure.
