Yeah we're gonna talk about Ferris. Mostly in regards to Medani Royal but a little bonus other stuff at the end.

@ardeney-sims and I call him "JJ" cause in the first few shots of him I shared with her he looked a lot like that trashbag Jared Leto.

2. In my mind he's one of those people that like you start to feel sorry for in the right circumstances only for him to do or say something horrendous and ruin any sense of sympathy you have for him.

3. He's basically the equivalent of a Count but his seat has only been recognized as it's own thing for about three generations, with the first Comi of Pyrat being his great grandfather. The founder was not a popular person with the nobles to begin with (in fact he was assassinated), so the house itself is not well respected in the upper class circles. This kind of adds to the chip on his shoulder.

4. He's extremely classist because of that shit too.

5. He appears in the "Sunday" chapter of Raskland as a teenager. In some drafts I meant for him to play a much bigger part in the story, with Ollie attempting to fill the role for him that his Uncle Balder had filled for Olin as a young man. Both boys have issues relating to their fathers so I had a whole side story I was gonna tap into with that. I went another direction with exploring Olin's paternal woes though.
