Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put the sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese in a small bowl and mix them together. Be careful not to cut all the way through each chicken breast when you cut a pocket in them. Put some of the feta cheese and sun-dried tomato mixture inside each chicken breast. Put salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on the outside of the chicken breasts. A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it. Place chicken breasts that have been stuffed in the pan. Cook for three to four minutes on each side, until they are browned. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Then take it out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
