Fetch x Reader headcanons please? Thanks!
OKAY, so maybe I went a little overboard and I feel like I do headcanons differently than others, but oh well. I hope you like these! (:
When Fetch first met you, she was really cold and distant.
Delsin was actually the one who introduced you two because you were one of Delsin and Reggie’s childhood friends. Fetch didn’t trust you because you weren’t a conduit like them, you were just human. You two had met right after Augustine had been taken down.
It wasn’t until Delsin had some things to take care and you and Fetch were left alone to deal with each other.
Okay, so it was really (and I mean really) awkward at first since neither of you talked to each other before Fetch finally had enough. She extended her hand to you and said, “Hey, this awkward silence is getting pretty shitty. So, let’s move past it and start over. My name is Fetch.”
After that, the two of you bonded over your mutual love for movies and you two just went to watch any new ones that came out.
Wonder Woman was the first film you watched since it had a woman lead. The two of you felt pretty empowered, Fetch more since she had the ability to go out and save people with her neon power.
During the movie, Fetch had let it slip that she thought Diana was hot and that made you very jealous for reasons you did not know.
It had taken some time, but the two of you had finally starting to grow feelings for each other.
It was really hard for Fetch to open up to you considering everything that had happened to her in the past with her parents, brother, and Augustine, but you made her feel safe and she loved that about you.
It happened at a party at a local nightclub. Fetch and you had gotten a little drunk and it led to things, and before you knew it, the two of you were kissing and all the fun stuff.
Fetch tried to act like nothing happened between the two of you, not wanting to get any closer to you than she already had but, decided that she didn’t care, and she had kissed you again.
There was some nervousness from you to tell everyone, but Fetch didn’t care.
Fetch and you had decided to tell everyone that you two were dating and Fetch went in head first. She had walked into the room where everyone was and said, “Yo, I’m a lesbian and [Name] is my girlfriend. Deal with it.”
Everyone was obviously cool with it and they claimed that they already knew.
You’re always there to calm Fetch down after her nightmares.
Fetch has really bad nightmares about her time in Curdan Cay and about her experience with her brother. But, you always there to comfort her. Sometimes, it’s serious and she’ll cry, but that doesn’t bother you. You’re always there for her.
“I’m here, Abigail. I won’t let anyone ever hurt you again.”
You’re the only one who can call Fetch by her real name.
It used to bother her, but she got used to it since you only used the name when Fetch was in some sort of distress. It kind of became your thing and she associates her name with good things and you.
Fetch will always defend you, no matter what.
It doesn’t matter if you were right or wrong. Fetch would always take you side. It wasn’t always a great thing, but it meant a lot knowing someone was fiercely loyal to you.
She honestly isn’t afraid to kill somebody for you. If someone hurts you or threatens you, the claws come out and Fetch is always ready to fight.
If someone even looks at you the wrong way, oh they got hell coming towards them.
As a form of intimacy, Fetch prefers the more sexual route while you just settle for cuddling.
Fetch used to never cuddle, but she always looks forward to it since it meant that she got to hold you in her arms.
Usually, cuddling led to other things that Fetch was quite the expert in. You were never left unsatisfied.
If something were to happen to you, Fetch swears that she will raise hell.
She has nightmares about you dying at the hands of the D.U.P. and it’s enough to make Fetch want to hunt everyone of them down and kill them before they could do it to you. Sometimes, it scares her that she loves you that much.
Despite your many differences, Fetch and you complete each other and the love and bond there holds you two together.
