Day 8 of microdosing T

Every morning, within minutes of applying the gel to my shoulders, I find I have more energy and happiness is easier to access. While I'm not sure if this is hormonal or placebo, I did not experience my usual beginning-of-period irritability and upsetness. No outwardly noticeable changes yet.

While waiting for it to dry this morning, I picked up dumbells for the first time in a long time.

Told my husband again that I want to microdose testosterone and he was very open to it! Just messaged my primary care doctor that I'd like a referral to the gender health specialist(s) she suggested. If I'm still liking the idea after talking with them, then HRT is a GO :DDDDD
