Hey, i just seen the movie. Finnrey is great there, even if small. We all know Finn doing all he's doing for Rey, but (spoilers here, so not sure if you want to publish it, as asks do not allow readmores, but PM me if you want to talk!), Rey worries about Finn on Ach-To. Closer to the end, Rey asks Chewie to give Finn her message if he sees Finn first (message is in wookie though). And finally, REUNION HUG! Also Finn is great in it in general! That 'rebel scum' phrase gave me shivers!

Hey everyone. Welcome to this week's Finnrey Friday. As mentioned, this is a special theme week to coincide with the release of the second movie in the Sequel Trilogy, and the theme is, ofc, The Last Jedi.

As mentioned in this post, as part of the theme, we invite anyone who has seen the movie to give their thoughts on the future of Finnrey. I need to clarify though - we want to keep this limited to just Finnrey. If you multiship and you're cool with a number of different pairings, that's cool, but we're talking only about how you feel Finnrey will/could play out as a result of what happens in The Last Jedi.

We will tag such posts with the tlj spoilers tag for those who have not seen the movie and are avoiding spoilers.

I will reblog posts made before this clarification and I will tag them with other ships mentioned so that people's blacklists can catch them, however.

can I be totally honest? I was way disappointed by tlj, and not just because of the finnrey stuff (although yeah, that was part of it). I hope jj can come back and bring the quality of the storyline up
