Been working on this since about four o’clock today ^ except for when we went to go see Dune Part 2 at 6.

Just finished it right now and GOSH I forgot how much I love shading armor. Steiner’s trance state is probably my favorite out of all of them except maybe Freya’s or Amarant’s.

It was so fun to draw him and Hestia ^^

Albert Steiner, reporting for duty! Next to Vivi, one of my other surprising favorites of the Final Fantasy IX cast. His entire character arc throughout the game is awesome and I have a weakness for characters that are big goofballs.

I’ve been super burnt out and not myself recently, but I’ve been trying to rest and become more positive like I used to be. Just wanted to say I’m doing alright and I’m not hurting or anything, though I might post less. In the meantime. Steinerrrr

JK IM TALKING ABOUT IT NOW AHAHAHAHAHAH

So basically like I posted before, Hestia comes from a tribe of shapeshifters. However the power wasn’t given to her people by a god like she thought, rather, they are connected to the mist that’s in the game, making them similar to monsters. I think in the story, Kuja would use the mist to send her into a rage in her transformed state, which she already didn’t have control of but she DEFINITELY COULDN’T CONTROL IT NOW.

But anyways yeah that’s basically the story here and this is her pinning Steiner down but not killing him.
