#AllKindsOfGainz yesterday, interesting how muscle memory works. Haven't snatched in over 3 weeks took me a bunch of attempts. Kept the weight low to focus on form. I can't seem to shake the little hop before i squat. Box jump pistols are my favorite exercise. They take coordination and good balance. What's your favorite leg exercise?
