Personal Weight Goals And Rewards
Hey all, I hope you're having a good and Merry Christmas!
A while ago, while desperately looking for my netball shirt, I came across an old fossil - a motivational board about losing weight. I made this about 2-3 years ago, when I was trying to restart my diet for the 2000th time.
It made me think of how long I've been trying to lose weight, and have been failing to do so. But for the first time since... ever, I've actually stuck to a healthy eating and regular exercise plan. I remember making a mental note that until I lose weight, I won't buy myself any new clothes. The good part is that I actually stuck to not buying clothes, but the bad part is that I never lost weight.
I've put off getting, trying and doing new things because of my weight - I even hated the idea of going window shopping because I would think 'oh look, another item of clothing that would make me look like an exploding stress ball'.
Now that I'm in a regular pattern, I want to reward myself for every single kg lost.
Currently, I weigh 84.8kgs !!! I wrote this post a while ago, and kind of forgot about it. But here it is anyways...
I recommend you all try this, it might help keep you on track!

I've always wanted to join an acting agency ever since I was young(er)! But I never did because I didn't think I would get many jobs.
My ultimate goal though is: happiness, confidence, and self love !!!
The list above is full of superficial items (that I really, really want...) but I know that as time goes along, my confidence and love for myself with definitely grow - leading to happiness within.
Thank you all for reading this, it was quite personal so I'm happy I could share it with those who cares. Don’t forget to keep up with me on my instagram page!
