"Give me a hand?"
"Actually, I might just lay here for a while."
I feel like I'm about to pass out.
Again.
Breaking Bad [Joshua|Maeve]
Joshua Waite dressed in the black and red formal uniform of the United States' Elite Force, he sat behind his beautifully hand crafted, wooden desk in his comfortable black chair. His office, in the top floor of Oak Creek, was generously spacious. A large sculpture of the Argents' characteristic symbol hung on the wall behind him, the words "Anyone who isn't us, is our enemy" carved into the symbol. He was currently hidden by a pile of files, government letters and stacks of complaints. As his dark hues inspected a wendigo complaint from a southern Beacon County town, the door to his office flung open. "We got a problem," Sergeant Juarez announced as she shouldered her rifle and pulled off her helmet. Auburn locks fell down her shoulders, a frown distorting her features. "There was a random, secret Species Analyzing Test done earlier in the week at Eichen House," the soldier explained as she settled her helmet on the General's desk. "When this was all new, that was the way they found supernatural beings among the patients of the Looney bin... now, they discovered a druid hidden among the patients... and Joshua, it isn't looking good for her." It was a warning, Joshua knew it. A question that did not need to be said aloud: what are we going to do to save them? Joshua's pen fell from his hand as the information sunk in. "Oh shit..." He knew exactly who Juarez spoke of, who this druid was. The soldier jumped up to his feet. "Let's go," he said as he hurried out his office and towards Eichen House, Juarez close behind. Joshua hurried along, looking for the young druid's cell. "You know who she is?" Juarez questioned from under her helmet. Joshua nodded. "She's one of my people. I wasn't aware of this random screenings. Who authorized it?" Juarez shrugged, making her superior sigh in annoyance. "I have to get her out of here."
Blood Tests [Kitty|Dr. Benain]
Dr. Alexei Benain was in his office, glasses sliding slowly down his nose as he typed on his laptop. Using his middle finger, he pushed them back up as a soft knock broke the silence within the office. “Come in,” the doctor invited, an eyebrow arched in confusion. Alexei wasn’t waiting for anyone at that moment. A nurse walked in with a folder in hand.
"Kitty Rayne. She’s wild and unruly," the nurse informed him as she settled it on his hand.
Dr. Benain nodded, closing his laptop as he stood. “Call the guards,” he asked of the nurse and watched her hurry off. As Dr. Benain inspected the she-wolf’s file, he was surprise to find that her older brother was a subject of his as well. A smile crawled onto his features and he stood, exiting his office and walking down the halls of Oak Creek.
Joined by his guards, they met Kitty in her cell. Alexei’s steel blue eyes studied the she-wolf, arching his brow. She looked younger than she was, seemingly easy to handle. Then again, so had Liam. His head was bruised, although the drugs he had access to were good enough to numb the pain. “Ms. Rayne?”
"Hey-- over here!"
A Bold Move [Open Oak Creek]
"If this fucking goes sour, I swear I'm killing you myself," Joshua was growling sourly as he suited up Cora Hale into a Elite uniform, helmet and M16 included. "You can not speak, can not act out." He was a nervous wreck. They had often spoken about sneaking into facilities disguised as soldiers, but they had yet to try it out. The former soldier that had wore Cora Hale's new attire laid dead behind the pair, in a impressively sexy underwear. "What you think she used that to work? Maybe she wanted to be the general's playthaaaang,' Cora teased with a giggle just as Joshua forced the helmet on her head. "Shut up," he sighed. "Holy shit! This thing is telling me your vitals and some option for accessing your file? How is this even possible?" Joshua shrugged. "They have a file on everyone. Mine is classified because of my work in Beacon Hills..." His treason. Cora shook her head. It wasn't the time to get emotional, they were risking a lot. "Let's go, general. Show me to Oak Creek."
It's.. a full moon in a couple days.
I'm..- I just.. I'm worried.
[frustrated sigh]
