FFTumblr is now accepting FFXIV adventurers after popular demands! We will only accept player's characters and an application specific for these characters will be required.

It should be noted that...

We will only accept FFXIV OCs that are adventurers. No NPCs.

Adventurers should not be related to canon XIV characters. (i.e. a love interest, a long lost sibling, etc.)

This only applies to FFXIV: A Realm Reborn, no other games in the Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts/Bravely Default series. We only accept original characters that are adventurers AND from FFXIV only!

CRYSTALBARROW is now Final Fantasy Tumblr's common meeting area. We figured it would be easier for everyone to meet in a common place, but it is not an obligation to set your roleplay in this location and it is not part of a specific plotline. However a few quests to promote thread activity will be held in Crystalbarrow, so check out for those in the future!

Crystalbarrow is built on a mount and seperated in two -- lower town and upper town. Both are linked by the waterfall and a long flight of stairs.The main attractions of the upper town are around the small lake. In the very center can be found a fountain made of crystal -- the town's emblem.

The lower part of Crystalbarrow is calmer and the perfect area for nature lovers. You can find the best crafted goods that the upper town cannot offer. There is a small river that is open for swimmers and fishermen alike. Historic buildings with stained glass windows can provide entertainment for some. 

Feel free to invent your own stories and old tales involving the town. Use your imagination! You can pick up jobs, anything. Happy roleplaying!

Note that it may take a little more time for your application to be approved since we are giving the task to verify said applications to a few selected mods that possess the most knowledge about the game. There's something at your door -- looks like the delivery moogle didn't miss your house this time. A white envelope with a particular seal that you don't recognize. Who could this be from? There are no addresses, only your name neatly written.

Once you go back inside, you waste no time opening the envelope. Inside, there's a letter with the same handwriting and a ticket, though you don't pay much attention to the latter just yet.

The letter reads:

"Dear (your name), you are cordially invited to our annual trip to Disney Land. The past few weeks weren't too easy on you, so here is your chance to unwind and have fun! We hope to see you there.

Attached to this letter, you will find a ticket. Keep it with you at all time, it is your only way to reach destination."

No signature, but the ticket mentioned in the letter is there and it looks like a legit Disneyland entry pass. On the back, it is written 'all will be taken care of, meet at the dock on Monday, May 12th'. What could this mean?

Either way, you have a choice to make. Will you go on this trip -- assuming it isn't a scam -- or decide to ignore it and put the letter in the trash?
