Headcanon: Herba, the Shadow Jester of Hearts

A surviving member of the original Gaudian Court - the dryad Herba, Chaos' enforcer and master interrogator. Herba is proficient in all things manipulation, having engineered the Gardens of Salvation herself and brainwashed entire worlds on Chaos' warpath. She was the one who mind-controlled Marie and Joe Hayakawa into almost killing their children, as well as implanted Soljashy into Dolk and almost succeeded in subjugating Earth.

Despite her terrifying, sadistic personality and many achievements as Chaos' general, Herba carries herself in a cheerful and obnoxiously flirty manner. As a person, she does not respect any boundaries, and actively harasses those that catch her eye. Her vicious streak, however, is unparalelled - due to her proficiency with mind control, cognitohazardous plants, and all sorts of poisons as well as the joy she derives from others' suffering, she had always served as an interrogator and torturer. After the death of the Earl, she took over the Gaudium Remnant and attempted to take over Earth, a plan that ultimately failed owing to Black Wind, White Cloud and the Comodeen. Despite the Remnant's destruction, she survived, along with Oscha, and joined up with Chaos back in Wonderland. She now serves under the new avatar, Anarchy, and possesses new, fearsome abilities tailored specifically to counter the Unlimited's seemingly unrivaled power.

The flower on her head had bloomed, granting the dryad the ability to produce highly poisonous dust that affects the central nervous system, producing vivid hallucinations and other disastrous effects. Her parasol's design had been improved - it can now extend, taking the form of a spear, as well as emit various types of pollen. She had been known to visit towns on the path of the Devil Parade and cause people to erupt into fits of laughter until they suffocated - and she took great pleasure in doing so. Furthermore, her petals and parasol can create rapidly shifting, hypnotic patterns, which can be quite distracting in combat, especially coupled with bioluminescence. Likewise, her plant monsters' designs have been improved, particularly that of HugHug which can now walk freely.

Despite her outwardly appearance and often childish behavior, the Jester of Hearts is a terrifying foe and should never be underestimated, lest you find yourself locked in the stranglehold of her vines.
