Zakkura Week Day 1! Wiggled in All of the Prompts. Edit to note: Fun fact! This is the 75th fic I've posted to A03!

Zack told his parents that he has a boyfriend already, so they’ll stop trying to set him up with people in hopes of making him settle down and come home. The problem? He doesn’t! And so he enlists his best friend, Cloud, to be that boyfriend. Cloud says yes, despite some misgivings about his own feelings for his friend.

“We’re friends, right?” Cloud rolled his eyes. This was going somewhere, for sure, and the cadet wasn’t too sure he liked it. Still, he felt compelled to go along with it, at least a little. “What do you want, Zack?” “Aww, come on, don’t be like that.” Zack said, pouting.

I've been pretty excited about the Final Fantasy VII Remake ( tomorrow!) and how far graphics have evolved since the original game, so I felt like giving that remake glow-up treatment to one of my first FF7 fanarts from high school
