I suppose the positive on not really being able to figure out RP of any sort is that I don’t really get the ‘discourse’ 99% of the time, outside of the ‘treat people well’ things and ‘communicate with each other’ things.

Watching that XIV Memories video hit me right in the heartstrings. I could feel the elation between those guys, sharing in celebration over clearing content together and feeling that relief and the rush of adrenalin. (I mean shit, even that one guy’s wife was on the edge of her seat) And it made me remember, and made me ever so thankful, that regardless of how much hellfire, how much spite and anger can consume this community and does almost on a regular basis, that there are people, my people, my friends, my family, that have chosen to stick by me, and stick together through all of whatever the game can throw at us. Are we the best at content? Certainly not. Never proclaimed that title, though I know it’s a dream for a great many of us. But what we are the best at, is the Fireborn mantra: “be good to others, be excellent to your Fireborn.” ‘Cause at the end of the day, we’re all a bunch of people playing the same game--like any guild, or FC, or whatever term you wanna use, we were forged in the fires of battle, in many different forms. This is my love letter to my friends. To my Fireborn. You took me in in a rough time of my life and helped me to become better. You are my family as much as some of my blood is, if not more so. Thank you for sticking with me during the rough patches and then some. Some might say (myself included) that I don’t deserve you, but regardless, I’m so glad we’re all in this together. ♥

The kid posts are so adorable... Uuuugh... XD Granted, a kid post for Ver would be... a white whelpling. X3 *eyeroll* I suppose I could do one for Sola. I’d have to find time to figure out the program.

Also, ReShade is my baaaaane... I can’t find a preset that works well for me. People talk about ‘angelite’? I can’t find it anywhere. ;_; Argh. Well, my google-ness is failing me but I shall continue while waiting for work builds in the meantime.

Going back and fixing Ver’s aesthetic tags so they’re uniform while working, because it’s easy and I can do it between builds... and I don’t have that many... good. Realizing I don’t have that many... not so good, I guess? Hrm. Also, anyone who has poked me about RP... please please forgive me if I haven’t said anything back or missed you. I’m very VERY bad about messaging people out of the blue. -_-’’’ I have a very big fear of ‘bothering people’. If I KNOW someone, am friends with them, then I am better about it, but even then I still have an underlying fear of ‘am I bothering them’ in the back of my mind. So please understand that I am not ignoring you out of a... lack of interest or because I don’t want to interact with you. :( I’m just afraid to annoy/bother/etc... A gentle poke will generally always get a response from me and I will let you know if I am busy with work and when I can be available for things if we’ve already agreed to anything. ;_; I’m sorry.
