FFxivWrite2018: Final Recap, Participation Prize Winners, Poll
Finally! The numbers are in, the participation prize winners have been selected, and we are officially finished with #FFxivWrite2018!
3,641 total entries were submitted in 2018!
Because of Tumblr’s abrupt policy changes in weeks 3 and 4, many entries were hidden from the #FFxivWrite2018 tag search. It’s likely that the final number is even higher but there’s no easy way to make sure.
That’s 1,190 more entries than last year! (Total of 2,451 entries in 2017)

The participation prize winners were drawn randomly from a giant raffle pool. Each written entry that was submitted within its 24 hour time window counted as 1 raffle entry toward the prize, for a total of 30 possible raffle entries.

Once again, the amount of interest and participation in the 30 Day Writing Challenge has blown me out of the water! I’m so happy that this has sparked so much positive creativity in our little FFxiv RP community. Knowing that this challenge helps so many of you work past some of the creative hang ups that have held you back in your creative process makes me so happy! It’s a lot of work to run, but it is WORTH IT.
I’ll be introducing a couple of Mini-writes this year in addition to the 30 Day Writing Challenge. So, stay tuned for those.
