thoughts on the 'if auston gets 67 goals, leafs are winning the cup?' theory going around
as much as i want him to get 70... there's been a little bit of '67 talk going around.... and the jays did their thing today..... i'm not superstitious, but if it happened - it'd make me superstitious
BRJSJDJDKDK i havent seen that as any legitimate theory. i do look for their numbers or coinciding numbers in everything, but auston getting as many goals as he can... which a goal per game is certainly possible w him... is optimal imo. make him a lock for the hart i think and END the discussion that nathan mackinnon deserves it this yr which would bring me joy.
leafs have to win the cup with good play and a lot of sheer luck!! if it's this year and all those things align, i won't be any more superstitious than i already am, but i WILL say it was meant to be 🫶 still hope auston gets 70 tho
