Ingredients: 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed. 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix. 1/4 cup water. 1/4 cup lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine the white beans, Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix, water, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Cook on low for 4 hours. After 4 hours, use an immersion blender to blend the mixture until smooth. Stir in chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve warm or chilled with your favorite vegetables or chips.
