It's an AU of the 1995 movie While You Were Sleeping, it takes place at Christmas and the author changed the time to the 60s or 50s, I can't remember exactly. Mycroft is the one who ends up in a coma. I really wanted to read it but I can't find it at all. I remember it being posted on AO3. Please, help me!

Although it's set in the aftermath of the Great War, I'm pretty sure the fic you're looking for is While You Laid Sleeping (A Holmes for the Holidays) by @theresawritesstuff. It is currently unfinished but a great read and an excellent adaptation of the film. Here's the author's summary:
