his voice cooed , lifting a hand to softly brush against the feline , wondering how on earth strays were getting into his home . nevertheless , it hadn’t bothered him a bit . the count was always fond of pets , && although his palms held the forever blood of many , they were gentle    rubbing behind the ears , maybe even slightly under the cats chin . he mumbled under his breath , distracted by his admiration for animals .

That’s always a good idea, cause I always thought myself the eyes could be used for something. Gives the extra edge that. ‘Is she looking at me through this eye? Or this?’ Considering how she is too, more than likely she does use those eyes.
