A fictional disorder that is free to use for any of your ocs!
Botanical Body Disorder (BBD)
This disorder causes a person to grow plants from their body. Most people born with this disorder are usually also born missing a limb. (correlation =/= causation; not everyone born with a missing limb has BBD, and vice versa)
I have two HC characters (Ellie Rose and Pump) but I feel like other people should be able to use this idea and at least have a name to it! No need to credit me, I wanted this to be COMPLETELY free to use for everyone
Rarity chart:
Missing arm/leg: most common
Missing Coccyx (human tailbone): uncommon
Missing head: rare
Body intact: second rarest
All plant: the rarest (most die due to requiring water and sunlight, neither of which are available in the womb)
okay what do y'all think of this thingy? I've had this around for a while I just haven't brought it up. It's meant as an explanation for any character with plant limbs. so basically free in-universe logic for y'all to use!
