The low maintenance and robustness induction motors have many applications in the industries. The speed control of induction motor is more important to achieve maximum torque and efficiency. Various speed control techniques like, Direct Torque Control, Sensorless Vector Control and Field Oriented Control. Soft computing technique – the Fuzzy logic is applied in this work .We have carried on with the hardware implementation for speed control of induction motor using the fuzzy logic control . Using the arduino micro controller, we have developed a hardware setup which is able to control the speed of induction motor by using Arduino Uno .We can conclude that we have been able to get a good control over the speed of motor.
