1.The Solinst Peristaltic Pump includes an inbuilt forward/reverse, variable flow dial with a central detent and an OFF state. When turning the unit off, make sure the dial snaps back into place.
2. When the pump is connected to a power source or stored, the control should always be in the OFF position.
3. Once connected to a power source, control the flow by turning the dial in the desired direction.
4. Sample rates of up to 3.2 L/min can be achieved by connecting normal 5/8" (16 mm) OD medical grade silicone tubing to 1/2" (13 mm) OD down-hole sample tubing.
