Fiery Style opens its 10th branch at Eton Centris!

When you say Mexican food, there are a lot of restaurants that you would think of but Fiery Style has upscaled their standards with their beautiful interiors, well lit areas, yummy food and accommodating staff.

The newly opened branch at Eton Centris is their 10th and it doesn’t stop there, they are opening more branches in different areas in Metro Manila soon. Their interiors are well thought of especially their bar and the arrangement of their tables and chairs.

The lights they used also have a welcoming vibe that you would stay the entire time to finish your food and just chill.

The brick wall makes it more classic for a mexican vibe of the restaurant. Even their signages have good lighting that everyone can read it from a far.

The franchise owners Mon Bautista and Vanni Sanchez were very excited to welcome their customers during the opening and we also got to ask them few questions since they were too busy that night too.  

We’re done with the intro, let’s now go to the main topic of this post: FOOOOOOOOD!

These are some of their starters: Nachos, Quesadillas, and Salad

Cheesy Quesadilla

Cheesy & crispy treat stiffed with Mexican Cheese, Ranchero Sauce, Shredded Lettuce and your choice of filling. Served with Guacamole, Sour Cream and your choice of salsa.

Flaming Super Healthy Salad

Southwest rice, brocolli, tomatoes and spinach on mixed leaves, sprinkled with toasted nuts.

Fiery Nachos 

Choice of Corn chips or Potato chio, topped with nacho cheese sauce, guacamore, tomato salsa, refried beans, black olives, jalapenos and sour cream & choices of grilled jalapeno-lime chicken, Mexican chili beef, BBQ pulled pork or Barbecued beef brisket. La Sorpresa!

My personal favorite among the three was the nachos because it’s very cheesy and the toppings were tasty. It’s indeed the best nachos in town.

I’m really a fan of chicken wings that’s why when they served this, I got so excited to try it. Also the presentation was so well thought of and the witty name got me too.

Lord of the Wings

24 chicken wings, 8 of each, topped with the following flavors: - Hot Hot Hot Sauce & Jalapenos (Don't say we didn't warn you!) - Nacho Cheese Sauce & Bacon (Finger licking good!) - Texan Style BBQ (A sticky treat)

If you’re on a budget, you have so many choices because they offer 8 combinations that’s very affordable and yet you will be full and satisfied.

My personal favorite would have to be the Combo Tres because the side dish compliments the grilled pork chop which makes it very tasty.

If you are in groups (family, frends, etc.) I recommend this Galleon Grills that has different mix of chicken, pork, beef, seafood and it depends on your cravings when you visit. They have Supremo (2-3 persons) and Ultimo (4-5 persons).

A ship of BBQ Pork ribs, chicken wings and meaty pork hammers, Beef Ribs served with Southwest chips or our choices of fiery rice, coleslaw & Texan-style BBQ sauce

A mexican restaurant wouldn’t be complete without their yummy drinks. On their menu they offer Mojito, Paloma and Margarita.

House Minty Mojito

Refreshing flavors of fresh lime and mint leaves mixed with white rum. One of the top choices alcoholc drink in the world.

Strawberry Paloma 

Fresh Strawberries & lime with Tequila shaken to enriched the flavor and taste. Best serve with salted rim.

Mango Southwest Margarita

Fresh Mangoes mixed with lemon  & lime with Tequila blended. Served with sugar on rim.

El Tamarino Southwest Margarita

Tamarind mixed with lemon & lime with Tequila blended. Served with sugar on rim.

My personal favorite is the El Tamarino because of its mix of sour taste with a kick of tequila.

Of course who would forget the dessert, they have different choices for your sweet tooth.

New York Frozen Cheesecake

A Must try mouthwatering cheesecake! Served with caramel sauce

Southwest Churros

Classic recipe with a twist! Served with vanilla or chocolate iced cream

Chili Chocolate Fudge

My personal favorite is the cheesecake because it’s very delicious and the salted caramel compliments it.

Fiery Style Restaurant in Capitol Commons is Now Open!!!

Fiery Style is continuously tempting us as it opened its 6th and newest branch in Capitol Commons. Fiery Style is known for its modern mexican food with vibrant atmosphere. I’ve always loved it because not only for the fact that I love Mexican food but also because they serve it with generous amount of ingredients. Their dishes are very presentable just like their interiors are. 

I am glad to have met Sir Tamsy, one of the owners who is very passionate in dealing with guests and customers. 

The branch in Capitol commons is also spacious. Comforable couches are available for everyone. 

It was jampacked again that day. We were serenaded by a band. With or without the band, good songs were played that made the night more enjoyable. 

Unlike other Mexican restaurants, Fiery Style looks brighter and cheerful to dine at. 

All the crew were very busy and I would like to commend their services that comes with smiles. 

The DJ played the right kind of songs that boosted my mood and alleviated my stress for the day since I just came from a wedding that I organized. 

I wouldn’t dare not to order their iconic nachos. It’s beefy, cheesy and tasty. My friends and I couldn’t stop eating it. 

Below is the chimichanga/burrito. I am surprised that it has generous amount of beef. The rice inside is too palatable, I had to eat much. I don’t know what the sauce is called (I think it’s garlic) but it makes the burrito more sensational. I also dipped my tacos to this sauce. 

The churros is just alright. I like that it’s not too soft yet too hard to chew. The chocolate syrup is so pure. I am also happy that it’s not too sweet. 

Too bad I haven’t tasted the chicken but it looks like this. It is dipped with sauce that makes it look spicy. 

The calamares is too good to be true. It is crispy, not too salty. 

Last but not the least, my favorite is the hard tacos with beef chunks inside.

It is perfect with the Habanero hot sauce!!!! It is overloaded with cheese, the way I want it. 

It was a great dining and drinking experience at Fiery Style at Estancia Capitol Commons.

Funny how back home I don't crave certain foods but once I'm away from it for a few years suddenly I find myself yearning for some taste of home. Tried the #fierystyle restaurant at #moa The chicken fajitas if compared to some of my favorite TexMex places, doesn't come close but for someone who hasn't had any in 3 yrs it was delicious especially with the guac, salsa & creama. The veggie taco was really good... didn't even miss the meat. The margarita was pretty good but really didn't taste the tequila. The churros was the real winner. Perfectly toasted on the outside and melt in your mouth soft in the inside. We got a second order it was so good. Really brought me back to weekends at Olivera street.
