Fire Rolls Sushi combines spicy tuna, creamy cream cheese, and avocado rolled in nori seaweed and sushi rice, then topped with spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce for a fiery kick. Perfect for sushi lovers who enjoy a little heat!
Ingredients: 4 sheets nori seaweed. 2 cups sushi rice, cooked. 4 oz spicy tuna filling. 4 oz cream cheese, sliced into strips. 1 avocado, sliced. 1/4 cup spicy mayo. 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce. 1/4 cup tempura flakes. Sesame seeds optional. Green onions, thinly sliced optional.
Instructions: Place a sushi mat made of bamboo on a clean surface. Lay a nori sheet on the mat with the shiny side down. Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving about an inch of space at the top. In the middle of the rice, make a line with the spicy tuna, cream cheese, avocado, and tempura flakes. Add teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo on top. Start at the bottom and roll the sushi tightly around the bamboo mat. Add water to the top edge of the nori to seal the roll. Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into 8 pieces. Do it again with the rest of the ingredients. If you want, you can add sesame seeds and green onions as a garnish. Put it on the table right away with wasabi, soy sauce, and pickled ginger.
