VIVA LA FIESTA Santa Barbara! 🌮🍹🌹🎷🥑💃🏻🎉 Two things with this post- I’ll share these delicious, fresh fruit, no sugar, healthier marg recipes that @totalblissca and i put together AND I’m going to share the Vixen Hangover Cure just in case you get “overserved” during our beloved holiday 🤭😂. • MARGS (top left to clockwise). Muddle these ingredients, add tequila, shake, top with La Croix of choice: 🍹blood orange and watermelon 🍹papaya and extra lime 🍹jalapeño and cucumber 🍹lavender and kiwi • Vixen Hangover Cure: 1. Right when you wake up, make yourself a huge mason jar of ice water with ACV. 2. Take a super long shower- negative ions are created by falling water and this is always a good thing for a hangy. If you have a headache I promise the water will make it better! 3. Make some green tea or coffee. As long as you’re hydrating, caffeine has vasoconstrictive properties that can ease a headache. 4. Eat something substantial. Not trashy, just substantial. Like a big ground turkey and kale bowl with a little Greek yogurt and sprouts. Bonus points if you know you’re celebrating and set up your next-day meal! 5. Even if you’re sick as a dog, exercise is ALWAYS a good choice. Dig deep and make yourself go for a walk. 6. Rest. Maybe you can’t rest right away but the first second you have to lay down for 30 minutes, do it! 7. Don’t beat yourself up, tell your body sorry and do something extra for yourself. Fresh juice? Leg rub? 8. Make better decisions next time!
