Prepare to celebrate with these irresistible Fiesta Fudge Cookies! These cookies are a taste-bud party, rich and chocolaty with a gooey marshmallow and nutty crunch.
Ingredients: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup butter. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans. 1/4 cup mini marshmallows. 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. For 20 seconds at a time, melt the chocolate chips and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the mixture until it is smooth. The granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract should be mixed well in a different bowl. Mix the sugar and eggs together, then add the melted chocolate mixture and stir to mix. Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and all-purpose flour. Only mix until it's all mixed in. Add the chopped nuts and mix them in. Place spoonfuls of the cookie dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie. Add a few mini marshmallows to the top of each mound of cookie dough. For a fun touch, gently press some colorful sprinkles onto the cookies. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little soft. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. With milk or your favorite hot drink, these tasty Fiesta Fudge Cookies are a great treat.
