School: Why I'm still living

Okay, so I've never really posted on the blog because I don't really know what to write about, but doods, I just started highschool. It's pretty okay, except I was already failing a class by the third week of school. Which sucked. It was CP math. Which is basically the easiest level of math there is. But I'm awful at math, which would explain my horrid grade. 

But I'm still alive and okay with school because my school does AB scheduling. Basically, that means you go to 4 classes on A day, and 4 classes on B day. The classes are 1 hr. and 45 min. long. Which seems really long, but it's really actually not that bad. I like it because you can do your homework in class or just chill out once you're done with all of your work.

Another thing keeping me alive is the fact that I go to a BYOD school. Which stands for, "Bring Your Own Device". So I can take my phone or ipod to school and walk around with it and not get in trouble. Although, we can't use them all the time. But we can a good bit. I think it's better this way, and the rate of phones being taken up has gone down a lot.

The last thing keeping me alive is my last block of the day, band. Band is my forte. It's not only my favorite class, but the one that keeps me going to get through the day. I love it because my section (Percussion) has their own block, we get a lot done, and it's just fun.

And this is where I come in

Just like Fi I had that happened to me once and I regret the things I’ve done at the time. If it already happened to you than I’m really sorry and the best way is to stop talking to them for awhile. If you’re ready to face crush again start by asking a question about the class and keep the conversation short so he or she doesn’t get suspicious of you. Hopefully once he or she sees that you’re actually a nice person they will talk to you more and your relationship will grow but just remember keep it cool and try not come out strong and weird your crush out again.

If it hasn’t happened to you, prevent it from happening. Keep cool and don’t show them you like them. Find a similar interest and try keep the conversation going and not be awkward.  If you want to tell a friend, tell someone who you can trust. I made the mistake of telling a friend with a very big mouth and told all my crush’s friends that I had a crush on him and eventually they told him and I never talked to him again.
