Remember why you started. Exactly fifteen months ago, also a Friday the 13th, I tried doing Crossfit for the first time. Being out of shape, I never get to do the WOD coz I was nauseous just after the warm-up. But I came back for the next weeks that turned into months because I liked the struggle that made me better afterwards. Currently, I'm struggling with the training and feeling the pressure for my first ever competition (for my first ever sport) which will be a month from now; but I keep on reminding to myself that it'll all be worth it. P.S.
