Fifty6 - April 2014

In Fifty6 this month we’re doing a series called “The 12” that focuses on the twelve disciples.  Jesus knew his time on earth was limited and that the most effective way to reach people was to invest his life into twelve men who were faithful, available, and teachable.  Here’s the upcoming schedule:

March 30th: The 12: Calling

April 6th: The 12: Classroom

April 13th: The 12: Commission

April 20th: Easter (NO FIFTY6 SERVICE)

April 27th: Connected Series begins

  April 13th is the 6th Grade Family Communion Service from 6-7:30pm in the Lodge.  This is for all 6th graders and their parents to explore what communion is and why it’s important.  Then, the parents will have the opportunity to serve their kids communion!  Make sure and put this on your schedule!

Fifty6 - March 2014

This month in Fifty6 we go through our T3 series. We want to encourage students that we have been blessed to be a blessing with our time, talent and treasure. We will then begin our series on the 12 disciples at the end of the month. Here's what the schedule looks like for the upcoming Sundays:

March 2nd - Blast Weekend (Hebrews 12)

March 9th - Begin T3 Series (Time)

March 16th - Talent

March 23rd - Treasure

March 30th - Begin The 12 Series (Calling)

SummerFest 2014

Who: Kids going into 1st-7th grade Fall '14

What: A one-week day camp

When: July 14-17 from 9am-2pm

Where: Fellowship Campus 1051 W. Pleasant Grove Rd. Rogers, AR  72758

How Much: $60/camper.  (Small Groups leaders who serve all week get a $30/kid discount)

Sign-Ups started May 12th.  Sign-up through your myFellowship account.

Fifty6 - February 2014

During February, Fifty6 we are walking through Hero’s of the faith. We are encouraging students to walk with Christ through all circumstances by being obedient and trusting Him. Here is what is happening this month. 

  February 2nd - Abraham: Obedience 

February 9th - Joseph: Trust through Trials 

February 16th - Rahab: Courageous Choices

February 23rd - Moses: God’s Greater Reward

Fifty6 - January 2014

      In Fifty6, January begins our Heroes series talking about the Heroes of the faith. We will start out by defining faith and then walk through the lives of six different heroes from the Old Testament. This is a great opportunity for students to be encouraged in their faith and learn about the faith of the characters of the Word and how they can follow their example:

  January 5th - Heroes series begins

January 12th - Faith Defined

January 19th - Enoch- Walking with God

January 26th - Noah: Fearing God

Fifty6 - December 2013

For the month of December, Fifty6 will be going to an Advent themed series:

December 1st - Walking in Hope

December 8th - Walking in Peace

December 15th - Walking in Joy

December 22nd - Walking in Love

December 29th - End of the year closing talk

*Note: December 1st, 22nd and 29th there will be no small groups, only a large group meeting.

Fifty6 - November 2013

Hi Parents! 

    This month in Fifty6 we will begin our series called Sponge. We will encourage students that the shows they watch, the music they listen to and the conversations they have affect the way that they live. This is a great time for you as a family to talk about how what we take in comes out in the way we live our lives and affects those around us.

November 3: Sails (Worship Service and last day of Pirate Series) 

November 10: Beginning of Sponge Series (The 4 E's) Exalting, Edifying, Empty, Evil 

November 17: Media (How what we watch affects the way we live) 

November 24: Conversations (What we say affects those around us)

Fifty6 - October 2013 - Sailing the Fifty6 Seas

Sunday mornings we are continuing our Sailing the Fifty6 Seas series. We are walking through different foundations of the faith by connecting them to the pirate theme. Here is what is coming up for the month of October. 

  October 6- Net (Evangelism) 

October 13- Captain (Jesus) 

October 20- Flag (Service) 

October 27*- Life-ring (Fellowship)

          *This is also Fall Out Weekend.

What: Fallout is a Fifty6 weekend experience intended to bond small groups together and provide meaningful opportunities for spiritual growth with fun creative moments together.

 When: Saturday, October 26, 12:00pm- Sunday, October 27, after the 9:30 service

 Where: We'll meet at the church on Saturday at noon and kick-off the weekend with games, teaching and lunch. Then, each group will head out to a host home for the night where they will bond, have fun, and explore God's Word together! The event will conclude after the Fifty6 service on Sunday morning, so parents can just pick-up their students after church.
