Decided to redraw my Candle Girls from last holiday season, and a new friend of theirs that someone suggested I include- Kwanzaa!
Once again, happy candle month to all who celebrate!
I think I'm gonna really need that goat to burn this year.
Advent Drabble - Thranduil
Prompt: You take care of his elk.
The elk's antlers cast a shadow just onto your eyes as you looked up at it, caressing its neck as you admired its magnificence. The creature was as regal as the elf king who rode it. "You must be hungry," You spoke to it, smiling as you did. Its eyes followed you as you moved to grab the extra treat you had taken with you for him, getting it from your satchel. "Well, you are in luck because I have food for you with me," You revealed the mushrooms you knew he liked to him, and he immediately took a step forward towards you. Sniffing the food only once before trusting your good intentions and taking one of them in a single bite. "Do not worry, I have more than enough for you."
"You spoil him," A sudden voice then appeared from behind you, all too recognisable to startle you.
"Does he not deserve to be spoiled?" You teased Thranduil, turning around to face him with a smile, one which he returned after he took another moment to admire the sight before him.
"Well, it is not like I could stop you if I tried," He chuckled, moving to you.
