A Little Reintroduction
Hey hi hello so it's been a while. Long enough that I'm going by a new name and have Been Through Some Things so I'm just going to do a quick update on how and who and what and why and whatever.
So, these days, I'm going by Figgy, Figgy LaFate if you need the whole rundown. They/they pronouns are preferred but honestly I'm not going to pick a fight if you call me something else, as long as you're not defaulting to one that isn't they/them. It's chill otherwise.
Okay, basic introductions out of the way, I'm thinking about reusing this for more of a review space? Maybe review is a strong word, but a sort of substitute/extra place to collate all of my reviews/notes about things I'm reading (books and comics), watching (movies and TV shows), listening to (music, podcasts maybe?) and playing (video games). I get exhausted trying to keep up with Storygraph and Letterboxd and everything (I say as though I plan to stop using them, I don't know, maybe I'm just trying to make my life harder).
Anyway, I'm also trying to make some efforts to do more writing after a long dry spell due to burnout and general Life Problems, so catch that over on @bafauxmetwrites so keep an eye out over there as well. I'm also just gonna tag this with all the shit I'll be using for that sort of thing, for ease of finding.
