5. Zodiac sign (or your primal zodiac sign)

I am a Sagittarius with Cancer ascendant or, as some say, Sun in Sagittarius and Rising in Cancer.

I tend to recognize myself in a fairly good amount of descriptions I have come accross on the internet (calm, cautious Cancer side from outside, with a fiery need for change, independance and adventure deep inside, very Sagittarius). I often feel like these two sides of me are constently fighting and that can be a bit tiring haha.

I didn’t know what a primal zodiac sign was but since I am a Sagittarius + was born in a dog year it seems that I am a Golden Retriever ( I don’t know what that means but that sounds cool haha).

34. Do you believe in astrological stuff? (Zodiac, tarot, etc.)

I can’t really say I believe in astrological stuff - not the zodiac at least. (The following paragraph is my personal opinion and of course you don’t have to agree ;) )

I come from a scientific background (engineer) so, by training, I tend to approach things in a logical fashion, always trying to find studies and different sources to back up what I believe in. That’s the way I had to think during my studies, and it has come in handy multiple times in my life (for things as simple as fact checking information you can see on social media before fully believing it, for instance).

That being said, I strongly believe that there are plenty of things we still can’t explain properly using science. That doesn’t necessarily mean it is BS, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist : it just hasn’t been proven yet. And maybe it will never be proven while I am still alive, who knows ? I just don’t have the answer. I think people (and maybe scientists, and I include myself in it) would benefit a lot from knowing when to be humble and recognize that it is a matter of “timing”. A lot of what we called “magic” or “occultism” in the past were things that are now finally backed up by science after all :)

Zodiac and astrology in general, even though it was based on astroNOMY (which is a scientific field, unlike astroLOGY) is, in my opinion, too inconsistent in what I have seen so far. So I won’t be the kind of person who goes “OMG YOU ARE A PISCES ??? I AM A SAGITTARIUS”, because it simply doesn’t resonate with me :)

I am interested in dabbling into tarot though, as I feel like it is more of an interpretative art (even though it can be linked to the constellations in a way).

Honestly stormy’s eyes are always my favourite part to draw! the primary eye has an octopus pupil and all three sets see different things and process different infomation.

The primary eyes see colours, but on broad spectrum like a mantis shrimp and the two small sets see magical energy and infrared! absolutely no one can hide from them!
