Please allow me to show off my first ever attempt at figolli on this happy day.

Spent Good Friday evening baking up a batch of figolli (Maltese Easter biscuits) and reducing the kitchen to an absolute bombsite in the process.

But the end product seems to have been successful so it was all worth it.
