So because my group of friends have titled me “the one who brings the Frieza porn” even though the one I really like is Frost (the title being the joke), my friend was eager when she told me she had the perfect gift for my birthday. Fast forward to today when she gave me the gift and opened it in front of her.

Her: “This is the one you’re traumatized with, right? :3″

Apparently because of our inside jokes, she really did believe I liked Frieza instead of Frost, despite her already having seen my Frost keychain, and when she asked the store “Do you have anything of Frieza?” they gave her this. That or she mistook Frieza for Frost. Which wouldn’t be the first time. My dad took my Frost figure from my room last Christmas and took it to office depot to have stickers made of him to give to decorate a box with his face to give to me because I had said I loved him (him being Frost) so much.

She was really frustrated she got the character wrong when I told her but I just told her “don’t sweat it, it’s hard to find anything of Frost nowadays anyways.” I wasn’t expecting a gift from her so this was a surprise either way. My space lizard collection just keeps growing.

Growing up Mego Action Figures were my favorite toys. My great grandmother would by some for me for every holiday. I spent hours playing with them. I always wondered why they didn’t release a Flash (or Green Lantern). My Justice League was always incomplete. There was a Kid Flash but it was impossible to find. Now Figure Toy Company has made every one we could want and always seems like there are more down the road. These are my Flash versions displayed, each has a different card and face. I hope they keep them coming, would love a John Wesley Ship version or a current Wally West.
