I always did it one year ago but ahahah I like this game it’s funny. So my lockscreen doesn’t have change and it’s always the French joke. Can’t stop smiling when I see my lockscreen XD. My background is always Sakamoto Ryôma The Dreamer. The last song I listened is Listen of One Ok Rock *the chiiiiills*. And today it’s kendo so a selfie of me training to wear my kendo outfit before my training ❤️

H. Hidden Gem Book

Arrow of Sherwood by Lauren Johnson

It’s from a small publisher in the UK, and it was an expensive gamble, but it almost immediately became my favorite Robin Hood novel, of which I have read a great many. Such a good book. It was written by a medieval researcher and the bits and ends of history that are worked into the story are absolutely delightful. 

O. One Book That You Have Read Multiple Times

The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss

I’ve read this book at least 5 times. At least. The writing is like honey, and I love it with every inch of my literary heart. Reading it is like a rare treat, which is why I read it every year or two. Maybe that makes it not so rare?

@once-a-turncoat :') what a familiar feeling. When I was watching Hakuouki, I knew nothing about the era (including the fact that they were based on the real people), but if i had known, I would have done the same. Because of reasons. (the dates are important haha)

I knew nothing of the era either, but the play-through I was reading drew attention to the disclaimer at the beginning of the game “These characters are based off historical persons and occurences”. Also, then someone commented “No, historical facts like Okita Souji getting tuberculosis are not SPOILERS, come off it, fangirls” about discussing the Shinsengumi on fan forums.

So I started looking things up.
