1. What colour best describes your mood right now? I would say yellow I guess? I just spent a few hours at the pool so I’m feeling sunny.

2. Favourite movie that you think is super underrated? Far From the Madding Crowd and The Young Victoria (I know, I never shut up about these, but I love them so much <3). Also American Hustle. Eff y’all.

3. Favorite up-and-coming actors/actresses? I guess I don’t know what level of famous (or non-famous) qualifies as “up-and-coming,” but these are all relatively newer faces that I’m excited to see more from: Tye Sheridan, Gina Rodriguez, Taron Egerton, Ruth Negga, Finn Cole, Olivia Cooke, Matthias Schoenaerts (I count him as up-and-coming even though he’s been acting like, his whole life, haha; he’s sort of having his big “American debut” these last couple years), Alicia Vikander (same thing), and I don’t know if Jonathan Groff counts, but I just love him so much and feel like he’s not as extremely known as I think he should be but is hopefully getting there ;)

4. What’s your preferred personality test, if those things are your jam? I really like the Myers-Briggs personality charts, as well as Enneagram. Those are the ones I’ve been able to connect with the most.

5. Do you have pets / would you like pets? My family has two dogs, Radley and Scout, who I love <333 But I don’t have any that are just mine. I probably won’t get any for myself once I am on my own, just cause I am the type to feel very guilty about pets not getting all the attention they deserve, plus it’s a huge commitment--like, I love you all so I don’t want to offend anyone, but it honestly pisses me off when people get pets like dogs on a whim, because “Oh, aren’t they just so cute??” and then get rid of them a year later because of “behavioral issues” (aka typical untrained puppy behavior) or because they suddenly realize how much work a dog is. It’s like... this is not an accessory or a toy. It’s a living being who you contracted to take care of, who shouldn’t just be passed around or neglected. Anyway, once again, commitment-phobe talking here... so I just realize it’s a big investment, and as much as I’d love one, I don’t think I’d be the best to take care of one necessarily.

6. Name some inspirational figures from your childhood. Itzhak Perlman (I was a nerdy violinist), Audrey Hepburn, Gordon B. Hinckley

7. Last three songs played on your music device? Helpless (Hamilton Soundtrack) Life On Mars (David Bowie) Giants in the Sky (Into the Woods movie Soundtrack) ...I feel like this says too much about my music taste haha.

8. Do you play any musical instruments? Would you like to / which would you like to master? I play the piano and the violin. So I think it would be great to be a master of either of those, since I don’t quite consider myself such ;) I also think it would be really cool to know how to play the banjo or something.

9. What’s your favourite historical period? Minus all the war goings-on, racism, and sexism (you know, just those small issues) I think the 40′s and 50′s were a cool time as far as fashion, socialization, and as far as technology being at a point where it helped people do basic things easier (like cooking, cleaning, travelling, office work, calling on the phone, etc.), but technology was also not so advanced that people relied on it as heavily as we do now, which can sometimes be a pain.

10. Favorite quote? “Things will work out. Keep trying. Be believing. Be happy. Don’t get discouraged. Things will work out.”

11. What are your top 3 tv pilots? Great question! I’m sure I’ll leave off something, but the three that come to mind are Mad Men, Justified, and Alias/LOST which I’m grouping together, as they took up the same time in my life and were my first real addiction to tv and had some of the same cast and creators (I’m tempted to throw in Felicity with them too, haha--my holy trinity of JJ Abrams television shows that have been deeply etched onto my heart <3)

Okay, so as much as I wish I could think of 11 interesting questions, I am the worst at thinking of anything on my own, so I’m sticking with Sheryl’s questions cause I enjoyed answering them.
