Joseph Gunone was a agricultural engineer in Liberia through all 19 years of the civil war. After Charles Johnson was put on trial in The Hague it seemed that life was going to return to normal and Joseph would be able to reopen what had been a thriving green market in Monvaria. That was until all of the people who had been enabling and carrying out Johnson’s atrocities assumed power and Joseph decided that it was best to move he and his family to America. After 19 years of work at Delta and coaching community soccer had left Joseph comfortable and his children successful, he returned to Newark Liberty Airport to run this well placed shoe shine stand. The man has a loud, infectious laugh and he really knows how to tell a story. - Thursday, May 24, 2018 12:00 noon #ShoeShineSavant #AgriculturalEngineer #NewarkLiberty #Liberia #Monrovia #FilmingMiami #NYCFLA #FilmingNewYork #WalworthWorldWideTV #HavasHealth #TwoFishPictures #SonyFS7 #PharmaJoe #FlyUnited #UnitedAirline #UnitedPremiere #FlyTheFriendlySkies @beerforallthebulls (at Newark Liberty International Airport)
