The horse and stunt team of Filmpferde shared some new behind the scenes photos of Philip Froissant (Emperor Franz Joseph), Devrim Lingnau (Empress Elisabeth) and Johannes Nussbaum (Archduke Maximilian) on the occasion of the first season of The Empress (2022) winning Best Drama Series at the International Emmy Awards 2023.

This photo was just shared by Filmpferde, who also worked on Sisi (2021), to celebrate the wrap of the first season of The Empress (2022). I think it is the first time, we get so see the series' logo.

This is speculation but I think those pictures are from The Empress. They were published by FilmPferde (they also worked on Sisi (2021)) on instagram but they aren't allowed to say which series it was for until the series has been released. However, the hair looks a lot like Elisabeth's iconic hair style AND the pictures were tagged with #Bayern aka Bavaria, where The Empress is filming, and #Netflix.

They have filmed a making of which will be released by them alongside this mysterious series.
