01. What was the first fandom and/or pairing that you wrote fic for?
Roswell. Oh yeah. I was 18 I think? I had tons of ideas - nothing new for me - but I think I only completed 2 fics? I had 3 others in progress that I just left hanging out there, which is why these days I never post anything unless I’ve completed it. I learned my lesson.
05. What is the perfect environment for you to write in?
The Pacific score playing on low, otherwise no background noise. I usually write in bed because it’s most comfortable but I write in other places too - whatever seems to make the words flow. A glass of water and a mug of tea. Comfy clothes, nothing binding. Basically I try to eliminate as many distractions as possible.
07. Which part of writing do you struggle with most?
Oh man, speed. I envy writers so much who can just write like the wind, who don’t overthink every single line the way I do. It means it takes me a while to write a fic - also because I’m constantly editing as I write.
