“Ji…” Y/N started, tightly holding her hand against her mouth to stifle her giggles.
Jisung shuffled past, intensely staring at the cake and flickering candle as he moved towards the studio Chan was live in. “Can’t talk. On a mission.”
Y/N let a surprised laugh out, “Why didn’t you wait to light the candle until you got there?”
He paused, turning to stare at her. “I didn’t think of that until after it was already lit. It’s too late now. I’m committed.”
She nodded at his seriousness, slipping past to head towards the practice room she knew Felix was still in, according to Seungmin. She stood in the door for a while, watching him hyper-focus on the beat and his body’s movements. When he finally noticed her in the mirror, she saw the way his eyes lit up. A soft smile mimicking his own settled on her lips at his reaction to her surprising him.
“Hey! What are you doing here, angel?”
“I thought I’d surprise you is all,” Y/N shrugged. “Wanted to hang out… Just us?”
His smile widened, “Aww, do you want to go see a movie or maybe get lunch then?”
Y/N held up the bag she’d been carrying, “I actually brought you lunch, but I was hoping we could go back to your dorm?”
Felix nodded, “Sure thing, let me grab my bag.” After he packed up, Felix grabbed Y/N’s hand, playfully swinging them as he navigated through the building. They dropped hands when they got outside, ever-aware of any potentially watching eyes, while Y/N led Felix to her car. “What about the guys? I thought you wanted to hang out with just us?”
“Mhmm,” she hummed, “Channie, Bin, and Ji are doing a v-live right now. Minho cleared the others out, while I was getting us lunch.”
“Sounds like you thought of everything,” Felix laughed.
Y/N beamed, buckling her seatbelt. “Of course, this is gonna be the best dorm date of your life, Lee Felix.”

She stared forward, completely engrossed in the drama. Felix smiled softly, staring as well, but not at the screen. Her face was highlighted only by the glow of the tv, lips pulled into a pout and eyes a tad watery as she watched the male lead confess to his love.
Y/N cut her eyes over to Felix, catching him unabashedly staring at her instead of the romance he’d picked out.
“Why are you smiling at me like that?” Y/N asked with wide eyes, heat spreading through her face.
Felix shrugged and let his smile grow a little as he pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. “I’m not allowed to smile?”
“Well, you’re staring at me…”
“Mhm,” he hummed, continuing to twirl strands of her hair, “Is that a problem?”
She glanced back to the screen, the eye contact making her more nervous than she’d ever been around him. “No… you’re just missing the show…” Y/N felt him shrug in response again before his hand slid to cup her cheek, turning her attention back to him. “You’re being awfully bold today,” she whispered as she slid closer into him on the couch.
“I have to be,” Felix whispered back, his nose brushing against hers as he leaned in, “You don’t notice when I try to drop hints.” His lips twitched into a smirk while he fought back a snicker, and he glanced down to her lips. “I really want to kiss you.”
“Well, if you’re so bold then just–”

“Min, you have to let me up now.”
“No.” He whined into her back, his arms wrapped tightly around Y/N’s middle. “You’re warm, and I’m sleepy. Let’s cuddle and nap.”
“I promised Lixie that I’d go sit with him.” Y/N poked Minho’s cheek, causing him to glare up at her and grumble. He finally let her go after another squeeze, and she flopped onto the other couch, laying across a pouting Felix’s lap.
“Oh, now I get attention?” Felix glanced down at her and back to the TV.
Y/N giggled and pinched Felix’s cheek. She sat up off of him, but he immediately pulled her close to his side. “I’d tell you not to pout, but you’re so adorable when you do.” Felix squinted his eyes and stuck his lip out more, pouting further, but then joined Y/N in her giggling.
The show that Minho, Felix, Hyunjin, and Y/N had been watching came to an end just as Jeongin and Seungmin got back with dinner.
“Y/N-noona!” Jeongin beamed, carrying a couple bags filled with snacks and drinks. Seungmin followed through with several boxes of pizza; his brow furrowed, noticing the extra person.
“I didn’t know you were coming over tonight?” the elder asked, shooting a look at the boy she was currently cuddled up to.
Felix shrugged, “None of us did. Minho invited her over at the last minute.”
Seungmin nodded in understanding, placing the pizzas on the coffee table in front of everyone. Minho leaned forward to grab his drink from Jeongin. “Yeah, that’s why I asked you guys to get extra pizza and drinks.”
“Oh, we just figured you were really hungry, hyung,” the maknae teased.
An incredulous look crossed Minho’s face as he swatted at the youngest, “Yah! You disrespectful–”
“What are you arguing over now?” Chan asked as he entered the dorm, Changbin and Jisung in tow.
“Channie!” Y/N smiled, jumping up from her spot on the couch to hug him despite Felix’s grumbling. She subsequently gave Jisung and Changbin a quick hug as well when the youngest waved shyly.
Y/N didn’t know the younger two 3Racha members as well as the other Stray Kids. Neither of them were at her going away party, and unlike Seungmin, they didn’t crash her video chats with Felix when she was on tour. She figured this was because Felix and her typically talked in English during their calls, and Seungmin was becoming more comfortable in his fluency than the other two.
But, by the end of the night, all of the SKZ boys were perfectly comfortable with her. Even Jisung, who had the most anxiety about meeting new people, was openly goofing around with the older girl just like she was his own sister. She fit in so easily; she even managed to get Changbin to let her braid his hair and give him tiny pigtails at one point. Although, he drew the line at her trying to take pictures of him.
It was getting late and everyone had started to settle in after dinner and gaming for a movie. Y/N was once again cuddled up with Felix.
She glanced up at him from where she had her head rested in his lap. He was focused on the TV, while Changbin scrolled through Netflix, to try to help pick the movie. Y/N reached up, gently touching where his freckles showed on the tip of his nose, and traced the constellations that dotted his cheekbones. Y/N wasn’t really thinking about what she was doing; she was just bored, waiting, and a bit tired, but her actions made Felix freeze up immediately.
“What are you doing, Y/N?” he whispered, trying not to shiver as her fingertip dragged across his skin softly.
She froze at his question, her eyes wide when she glanced up to meet his sweet gaze. “Um… Sorry, they’re just really cute. You should ask the stylists to let you leave them uncovered more often, y’know?”
He nodded slowly, his lips parting to respond. “Yeah, I–”
Felix didn’t get the chance to finish his thought as Seungmin plopped down onto the couch next to them with a bowl of popcorn. “You two could be a little less obvious.” He snickered as they jumped apart.
“What?” Y/N stuttered, a bit confused over what happened, as Felix just shook his head and flushed bright red. “We were just talking, Seungie.” Y/N laughed finally.
“Sure you were.”
