I'm gonna take a big step this fall
I think I'm going to start something new and exciting and a little bit scary. But it's going to be so rewarding. This fall I'm going to start classes for an exercise science degree 🙊🙉🙈. My family thinks I'm crazy. And I kind of do too. But I am so super excited about it. Because this is something I'm super pumped about and it's something I can do to help people who are struggling the same way I am right now. I can literally help them through every step of the way. Because I've been there. I never in a million years thought that I would go for something like this. But it makes my heart so happy. Last night when I was doing my workout all I could think about was being able to help someone else see why I love it so much. In the past almost three months I have fallen in love with exercise in a way I never have before. It is literally like nothing else. And I want to share that with other people. I want to specifically help people who are heavily over weight. I want to learn new things and new ways to move my body and new ways to fuel it. Ways to make it better. I am so excited for the new chapter. The best part is. My husband is so happy for me too. And my best friend is so thrilled. We are kind of all doing this together so it's gonna be awesome to learn new stuff and then share it with them. I'm so excited! 😍
