If it helps, when I was on bc I did not notice being any more nuts than usual. I took ortho-tricyclin. I’ve had a few friends go nuts on Yaz but other than that I’ve heard they’re all fine.

I've heard some pretty good things about ortho (though, naturally, I've heard bad things too). Might I ask why you stopped?
