Will interest checks for volune 2 be posted after mod apps close?

It is our plan to post the interest check after mod apps close. Tentatively, we are planning for the interest check to run from Dec 1-31st, with contributor applications being open from mid January to mid February.
However, all of this is contingent on us being able to find a reputable finance mod & mod team!
