HOW DID I FORGET THOSE WOW (ugh i knew i was forgetting things smh)

hal/barry’s competition is actually one of my favourite things in the whole story like when hal wakes up and finds out wally’s a speedster and is just like ‘FUCK THERE’S NO WAY I CAN WIN NOW’

like in the midst of something so serious and almost potentially fatal, the competition is the first thing hal’s mind goes to like yeah, good prioritizing idiot

and ugh i love what roy and wally do for each other. like i love that roy is so supportive and brings out the mischievous side of wally while wally brings out the actual kid in way-too-serious-for-a-kid roy

and like, when roy/wally were hunting down hal/barry/ollie i was literally like wow you three are so embarrassing like you’re supposed to be these grand impressive justice league heroes and you can’t even handle two kids between the three of you like what would batman think of you rn

i was so not ready for that fic to end like i wanna know what happens with professor zoom and everything ahhhhhh
